We are centrally located in northern Illinois. We cover the bulk of the U.S. in just a couple of days and nearly any location in just a few days.
Most orders process and ship within 24 hours or less. (Monday through Saturday)
Factory sealed trading card boxes process and ship same day if purchased before noon central time. (Monday through Saturday)
We offer free shipping on all orders $100 and up within the continental U.S.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
If the return is due to an error on our part, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the details of the error. If approved, your return will be granted a refund or exchange (subject to product availability). We will cover return shipping costs for all returns resulting from an error on our part. Factory Sealed Trading Card Boxes/Cases, or Autographed Memorabilia Due to the volatile market on trading card unopened boxes and cases and to protect the authenticity of all certified autographed memorabilia that we sell, all sales of unopened trading card boxes and cases and autographed memorabilia are considered final. Returns may be granted on a case by case basis.
All other items including hobby collecting and storage supplies You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
